The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and provide a comprehensive, thorough exam while still showing their compassionate, human side. They are amazingly gentle with the animals, insuring that your pet is their #1 priority. The entire staff is friendly and dedicated to making your experience a positive one. They offer competitive prices. They don't rush through appointments, even if they may be running behind - there are no shortcuts in this office. You leave knowing without a doubt that your pet is in the best possible care. I recommend them to everyone!

Sarah-Dr. Barthlow has been taking care of our boy for 10 years now & Dr. Buenger recently did abdominal surgery on him. So grateful for the wonderful care he receives!!

Larry- Heritage took care of our first dog, Bandit, for 17 years. He was so well-liked that when he was finally put to sleep even the staff was crying. Today we put to sleep our second dog who was 13 years old. She was deaf and had had a stroke that made her blind. We regretted ending her life but she was treated with lots of love and respect by the entire staff at Heritage. They have continually provided the best of care and the greatest of concern for our pets. We appreciate this very much and highly recommend them.

Lisa- I love it! I have been following Dr. Barthlow almost since she has been out of school! She has a calm practical approach. This clinic is truly professional, caring, and knowledgeable.

Candice- I have been taking my 3 pets here since 2010, All the doctors are wonderful as well as the staff.They do call back promptly and talk with you about any issues that your pet has.All are very compassionate. I recently moved away, but continue to use this vet because I like the staff and doctors so much.

 

Tara- The Heritage staff has always been amazing to my family and two dogs. Smokey started there after another vet recommended major surgery as the first/only response to some elevated liver levels, and my husband’s aunt immediately suggested we go see Dr. Barthlow. Dr. B put him on vitamins and an every other day liver medication  and he's had the blood work of a pup since then... Even at 13! Reynolds has been there since his 8 week old checkup, and being such a wimp about vaccine the staff is always sweet enough to allow us to break them up over a few weeks. Like all dog owners, we've had our medical emergencies, and the staff always works to squeeze our dog in, or will provide guidance over the phone. I love the way they call and check on the dogs after they've been in. The heart and soul the staff at heritage puts into their work each and every day makes it the only option in veterinary care for me! I can't recommend them enough!

 

Karen- I love Dr Barthlow and her staff, She has been my girls vet for over 18 years. Couldn't image anyone else taking care of my girls!!
